Farmhouse Ale with Honey, Black Limes, and Elderflower — We’ve know the folks at New Day for years and shared many things, but never a brew day until now. We added hundreds of points of New Day honey, black limes, and elderflower to a farmhouse base of Indiana wheat and barley along with our wild yeasts.
Malt Bill: Indiana Pilsner and Wheat
Hops: Styrian Wolf, Saaz
Yeast: CSB House Wild Yeast
