Inedit was created in 2008 by Ferran Adrià, and his team of sommeliers from elBulli who believed in the need for a beer to accompany and compliment the varied flavours found in modern gastronomy.
High intensity and aromatic complexity. Its appearance is slightly cloudy. Fruity and floral to the nose, with a yeasty sensation and sweet spice reminiscences. Creamy, fresh texture, soft volume and delicately carbonic. Long aftertaste and pleasant memory.
This beer has a rich and highly adaptable bouquet. In other words, a unique personality: smooth yet complex.
Inedit is a truly unique beer made with barley malt, wheat, hops, coriander, liquorice and orange peel.
