Erdinger Weissbier is considered the undisputed classic of the Erdinger product range and perhaps one of the best wheat beers in the world. Erdinger Weissbier is brewed according to a traditional recipes using only the finest yeast. It is also brewed in strict accordance to the Bavarian Purity Law. The beer is bottle fermented in the traditional method and this process takes 3 to 4 weeks for Erdinger Weissbier to mature. Only the finest ingredients are utilized in the brewing process, which also entails years of experience and constant quality checks to ensure the beers top notch flavour.
