What to brew for our 420th batch of beer? Why not showcase one of the danker hops from America. Simcoe. This is a SMaSH IPA, a single hop, single malt brew, to really express what that hop can do we brewed it with only one malt. But a a really good one. Maris Otter. The result is a smashable IPA with lovely resinous grapefruit flavour and tropical aroma.
